John Henry Flood

Co-Owner & General Manager

An IBEW electrician, John holds a license in North Carolina, with reciprocity to work as a licensed electrician in 11 other states.

More than 20 years ago, he started working as an electrical contractor, then grew into construction manager roles with some of the largest construction firms in the Southeast U.S. He brings the lessons learned during his time working as a construction manager to his role as an electrician.

In these corporate roles, John discovered that he leads with a people-first philosophy. He believes construction is built and finished by people, and that strong teams require trust, communication and organized systems.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University.

Don Morge

Co-Owner & Business Manager

Don brings 16 years of leadership experience in process and systems management to his role at Henry Electric.

His background in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and structured processes strengthens Henry Electric’s operational discipline and financial clarity.

Prior to Henry Electric, Don has worked to make sustainable and impactful improvements to healthcare delivery. His roles have included biomedical engineering, medical equipment management, and organizational performance across multi-location healthcare systems.

Will DeClercq

Co-Owner & Controller

With 16 years of finance and accounting experience, Will ensures Henry Electric operates with transparency and fiscal responsibility.

His background includes assurance, general accounting, and financial planning, analysis and reporting. He also has experience in managing a range of compliance functional areas such as tax, human resources and risk management.

His oversight reinforces the company’s commitment to predictable budgeting and long-term stability.

Will holds a bachelors degree and a Masters of Accountancy from Bowling Green State University.
