Investing in the Places Where We Build

Our Approach

Henry Electric believes electrical contractors carry a responsibility that extends beyond the jobsite.

We build the infrastructure communities rely on every day. Because of that, we believe our presence should be felt beyond construction schedules and project timelines.

We live here.
We raise our families here.
We build here.

Community involvement is not an obligation. It is part of who we are.

Showing Up Through Participation

Our approach to community engagement centers on participation, not just sponsorship.

After connecting with the executive director of the Big Charm Players at the Wendell Chamber of Commerce banquet, we identified an opportunity to support local arts while applying our trade expertise in a meaningful way.

Henry Electric supported the production of The Odd Couple through a company contribution. More importantly, we volunteered time and technical skill assisting with stage lighting and structural stage elements.

We believe our expertise should serve more than commercial projects. It should strengthen local initiatives as well.

Why It Matters

Community engagement reflects our stewardship mindset.

As we grow across North Carolina and into new markets, we remain committed to:

  • Supporting local organizations

  • Contributing skilled labor when appropriate

  • Participating in business and civic groups

  • Building long-term relationships

We believe consistent involvement builds trust, and trust strengthens communities.

Looking Ahead

As Henry Electric expands, we intend to deepen our engagement with:

  • Trade education initiatives

  • Workforce development programs

  • Local arts and cultural organizations

  • Business leadership groups

We are building a company that participates in the communities it serves.
